Can I get free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over £30 for UK customers. We don’t have free shipping for international customers. 

How much does shipping cost?

For the UK for offer a standard £1.95 option with Royal Mail, we also offer DPD next working day delivery. For international customers, there is a flat rate of £3.95 for all orders.  

How long will my order take to arrive

Orders are dispatched during weekdays pre-2pm, so if you ordered within this time frame, your order will be dispatched on the same day. We use a Royal Mail First Class Service, so your order should arrive the next day but is not guarenteed. For international orders, we advise up to 10 working days for orders to arrive. 

What payment methods can be used on the website?

We accept, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. You can also use Gpay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay at the checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We are sure you will love your Skimono masks, but in case you decide to return it, we will be happy to give you a full refund if you send them back to us within 28 days. Make sure your masks haven’t been used or opened, and consider sending them back on a tracked service. We can’t refund shipping costs unfortunately.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as you need to cancel an order by emailing info@skimono.com . If your order has already left our warehouse, then unfortunately we are unable to stop it from reaching you.

What is bio-cellulose?

Our bio-cellulose face masks are biodegradable and so can once used can be disposed of in your natural waste.

When should I use a Skimono face mask?

Skimono masks are recommended as a weekly boost treatment or an ‘as and when’ solution when needed. They are especially beneficial when the skin is exposed to stress factors such as dry air, pollution, sun damage, dehydration. You can even use them to prepare for such situations or as a targeted response, like before, during or after air travel.

How often should I use a Skimono face mask?

We recommend no more than twice a week, any more than that and you may notice a reduction in skincare benefits.

Can I fly with my Skimono masks in carry on luggage?

Skimono have travelled safely and securely through airport security with no issues. Furthermore, the quantity of liquid inside a sachet is well within security tolerance levels.

What is the shelf life of Skimono masks?

The shelf lives of our masks vary from 2 to 3 years.

With which cosmetic regulations do Skimono masks comply?

Skimono masks meet EU cosmetic regulations and the products can be sold throughout the European Union.

Do I wash the serum off after using my mask?

No, for the best results, we recommend massaging the excess serum onto the skin.

Can the serum left in the foil sachet be used?

Absolutely, don’t let it go to waste.

Can I reuse my mask?

We don’t recommend you reuse your hand or foot mask but we’ve had feedback from our customers, that our bio-cellulose face masks don’t dry out so you can consider using the remaining serum in the mask on other areas of your body that need a hydration boost. 

What do I do if I’ve had an allergic reaction?

We’ve made every effort in formulation to avoid allergens and known problem ingredients, and to date we have had only satisfied customers. However if one of our masks has given you an allergic reaction, please discontinue use of the mask and wash off any excess serum. If the irritation continues then consult a medical professional. 

Where do are the masks made?

Our face masks are made in Taiwan and our Hand & Foot masks are made in South Korea. We work closely with the manufacturer to ensure that the highest standards are met for safety guidelines in the process of making the masks.

Are your products cruelty free?

YES! We are proud to say that our masks are cruelty free.
